Saw 2D33P's (3s as E) license info PDF in one of the folders.

"we have the right to request pr00f of purchase (sales receipt in any form) at any time."

Has anyone ever had anyone come after them, if they released something commercially or on spotify or youtube?

Curious to know anyone's experiences. In all the years I've been using loops, I've never come across anything like this. The only suspicious libraries I've ever heard were from e-Lab. Guaranteed, they used uncleared samples... one of them was from XTC Files Of Hip-Hop... very famous 60s or 70s soul-pop song.

I'm assuming it would be worth it for them if you have the biggest song in the world they might contact. If that is the case spend the 9 bux for the pack on their site and prove it.

"The kit must be purchased before the release date of any production it is used in."

These are for his Billie-style packs. I don't see a licensing thing in others.

That's the question. Has anyone released anything commercially and had a sample company come after them? Also, any experience with knowing you recognize uncleared/copyrighted samples (such as with e-Lab)?

If you do trust me it's from some A-Hole who didn't originally create the loops in the first place. A real loop maker wants to profit from his or her loops only. They really aren't looking to share in your profits from commercial release. But of course it would be nice to give that loop maker something nice to show my appreciation.

actually proof of purchase is a common thing when using any licensed software,
because frankly your name shown in "registered" info doesn't mean anything with all the fancy keygens flying around, just sayin'

    Definitely my thoughts as well.

This loop I mentioned in the original post, it's this--- which 60s song is this? I think it has "Shuffle" in the name, but I can't remember. File's attached. That's from e-Lab's XTC Files Of Hip-Hop, and it is without a doubt, not original.

Surely the logical thing is to produce your track, I bits something you are getting to the point of releasing, then buy it, and then release the track. Problem solved.

Yes. But, I'm not really interested in using 2Deep's samples. I thought I'd like them but they're not my thing. Again, wondering if anyone has ever had any sample production library company come after them.
