OK, I am running PT 10.3.10 Win 7 Pro 64. About to do a fresh install. Has anybody noticed any performance or stability improvements running AAX vs RTAS? I don't run ton's of plugins and most I have installed now are RTAS and had no problems.

TransVST: Have a few VST plugins I would like to run under PT. Tried it out the other night and it worked great. Is the Transfixer just for 64 bit VST's? Do I need to run it since my version of PT is 32 bit? Thanks.

No you don't have to run transfixer, only in 64 bit Mode. But honestly Transvst doesn't work so well. Better use Bluecat patchwork. just my 2cents. :)
