Hi Guys Following the comments and advices from here I´ve been working a bit more on my track. Here is the result. Pls let me know what you think in terms of sound and mixing....understanding that Im learning and I´m pretty rude if not mad with my sounds ! http://soundcloud.com/rolma/same-1 Tia
Yeah I like this. Those raw and nasty synth sounds are really great, especially working together with your cool 'matter-of-fact' vocal. This produces an interesting contrast that makes your track dynamic, not just in sound but also in feeling. I'm also a sucker for that simple drum machine sound. Fills me with fuzzy nostalgia about the roots of all this electronic music. IMO you've made a good track here with an original touch
Personally I love the track but I think I liked the original intro better. It seemed more appropriate to this style of music but that's just my personal opinion. The mix itself sounds a lot better, you've gotten rid of the overly harsh and loud top end which makes it more cohesive. Great track.
Hi guys thanks so much for commenting and listen to it. I won´t tweak the current version further so that will be my submission: ) I hope the whole AudioSexed project will be successful for all the involved ppl. For the rest just to say that I went on a short holiday and I confess that I feel better around the boards and the DAW than outside … it feels more rewarding friendly and cozy. So I´ll start a new track a bit under the industrial influence and unsold soul turns … I really wish you Merry Christmas to all whatever are your plans
You know SAiNT gave me that title, a lot of people probably think I'm stuck up when they see it. It's one of those things where appearances can be deceiving. All the best.
It´s difficult to get deceived around, one of the things from here I really appreciate is ppl free themselves a lot. I see the rest as the fact that some organization has to be applied for the good performance of the site.
Savage. Right up my street. Im sure I gave more thorough feedback in the last thread so ill keep it short this time.
