Ok so I've never really install presets to any Roland products. I can't find where the banks are stored, is this the folder I'm supposed to put the .bin files into? I googled it and it said the banks are the VST3/Roland/Zenology folder, but I don't see any folder for them.

    C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Roland Cloud\ZENOLOGY

If the folder doesn't exist, create it.

That's all I have to do? Maybe the installation I have from the installer put the files into that folder?
There are .sdz .fzi and .bin and .bak files in it. C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Roland Cloud\ZENOLOGY

    Why This Folder?

    • This is the standard user data directory for Roland Cloud instruments like ZENOLOGY.
    • Official expansions (SDZ sound packs, wave expansions, etc.) downloaded via Roland Cloud Manager automatically go here.
    • Third-party or custom banks exported for the plugin (in .bin format) are meant to be placed directly into this folder.
The files you're already seeing (.sdz, .fzi, .bin, .bak) are normal:

    • .bin files are the preset banks themselves (factory defaults and any installed expansions).
    • .bak are backups (ZENOLOGY sometimes creates these automatically).
    • .sdz and .fzi are related to sound packs, expansions, or index files.
How to Install Custom .bin Bank Files
    1. Close your DAW and any open instance of ZENOLOGY (important, as it needs to reload the files).
    2. Copy your custom .bin file(s) directly into C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Roland Cloud\ZENOLOGY.
    3. Open ZENOLOGY (standalone or in your DAW).
    4. The new bank should now appear in the preset browser (usually as a new bank name in the list).
If it doesn't show up immediately:
    • Rescan your plugins in your DAW.
    • Restart your computer.
    • Or, in ZENOLOGY Pro, go to the Tone Manager (via the WRITE button) and check the bank list.

Thanks brother so I was right that is the folder, everywhere I looked said it was the VST3 Roland/Zenology folder. What did you ask AI? I'm not good at using it

Of course, you can ask the AI, but you have to verify it yourself since AI sometimes hallucinates. I usually open the manual for the relevant product and copy the corresponding passage. Or I install the product and write out an installation guide myself!
