I see Europa is in the list.
That was the first thing it came in mind because it has a unison function with 7 instances, the "real secret" of supersaw.
Moreover it's terribly powerful in controlling waveform morphing, but I think is unique in its simplicity, AIO panel.

BTW you saved me by wasting time.

 

The Europa is really a surprise; the Reason team has really done something very good.
Reason - Europa = UNISON Fifths + Spread & Detune.
Roland JP-8000 = Sawtooth oscillation consisting of 7 individual sawtooth oscillations + Detune.

I once made a free sound set for the Europa.

if you have enough of money buy the hardware.. but isnt there not that many factory presets in the hardware jp?

 

Most old digital synths only have a couple hundred. Some manufacturers would sell additional preset banks on data cards, and so on. You can find editor/librarian software for them that is model specific, or something like Midi Quest. You can transmit back and forth via sysex data over midi cable.

 

They're no longer available new, only used. Often, you have to repair the keyboard, replace the capacitors, and solder in new ones. They also require space and sufficient connections. There are much better, more modern synthesizers available today. Try software synthesizers; they're cheap and space-saving, plus you'll never have to repair anything.
