Is Prisma finally coming out? Or the ad ran on Elelctronic Music's Febraury 2016 issue is a gaffe?

There's a little not-too-good history behind this plugin as Rob Papen promote it for over two years and it has yet to see the light. Rob even mentioned that Prisma would be out before Blue II but that did not happen neither.
Well, for two years, not many people had a clue of what Prisma would be. Rob kept it as a little secret and had all of us guessing. As you can clearly see from the ad picture below, Prisma will be a software that will stack a combination of up to four of any of the Rob Papen's synths soft and create a new layered sound. Sort of like an interface for his eXplorer-III bundle, I'd say.
Sounds interesting actually but not sure if it will make any sort of groundbreaking experience.



You can see from a KVR post how Rob Papen tackled the question about Prisma. At that time, which was in 2013, he kept the info secret and not revealing much details.



Here, Rob was trying to have some feedback from his Facebook followers to see if "Prisma" was a good name enough to use.



Beside the ad ran in Electronic Musician, Prisma also pops up on B&H Photo & Video's site as an item for sale with "In Stock" and "Download Only" tag to it. However, there was no price, which indicates that the item is not really available.



Currently on robpapen.com, a Prisma link popped up. However, it is still empty.



Well, at least there are enough traction and evidence to finally believe that Prisma will eventually come out soon. Let's hope it's worth its wait!

 

Oh cool!! Another Papen plugin with a hideous & unfriendly GUI I wont ever use!!!

Since it is a low resolution screenshot, my assumption is that the plug GUI looks a bit better with more color accent than what we are seeing here? Well, I'll wait until new and better images of it start floating around before I quickly discard it.

 

I no what you mean - How do they get it so wrong - Sub Boom Bass - No thanks - I can't stand looking at that thing - I have been forcing myself to use PunchBD recently - Even though it should been designed better - The lack of a wave editor is a pain ---
