vor kurzem konnte ich guenstig an eine RME Hammerfall 9632 PCI -60EUR- rannkommen.
Installation verlief alles ohne Probleme ...
...doch allerdings vermisse ich die 32 ASIO Channels wie bei der E-mu1212m

In den hammerfall DSP settings laesst sich im oben im reiter Global ein haeckchen bei ASIO 32 CHANNEL LIMIT . woh zu ist das

hat die karte keine 32 ASIO kanaele wie die EMU

vorige projecte lassen sich schlecht oeffnen wegen den veraenderten Routing

Wer hat erfahrung mit der RME HAMMERFALL HDSP 9632 PCI

no idea what you ask for,
neither of those cards is 32-channel interface obviously,
32-channel ASIO limit settings is I believe only for ProTools, which crash on interfaces with more than 32 I/O count

 

In my emu 1212m i have 32 ASI channels , ans these 32 asio channels show up ind the DSP mixer and in the DAW . I miss this 32 ASIO channels on the RME 9632

 

how many channels do you see in RME TotalMix FX?

2nd OS on SAMSUNG 860 PRO 500 MAC OSX HIGH SIERRA , 2TB SAMSUNG EVO 860 LIBRARIES /GPU XFX ONE HD 6570 2GB Passiv /Thermalake ROM 750 WATT. FRACTAL DESIGN DEFINE R6 TOWER .

The E-MU 1212M was istalled on the PCIe 1X and one PCI usb controller on the PCI PORT. The pci port works via PCIe bridge ,
is this a problem between Databandwidth my rme is a PCI card .

hmm sorry I don't understand what exactly do you need then,

in DAW you can have as many tracks you need, regardless of audio interface,
in your motherboard manual should be some mention of PCI(ex) slot settings in BIOS, you may have some limitations of certain slots operation or even running everything simultaneously,

seeing you have a MacOS hackintosh, be aware of fact Apple removed PCI support years ago (around MacOS 10.7 I think), so if you wanna use High Sierra, then you will need PCIex RME card such as HDSPe AIO

about the DSP mixer, I'm pretty sure cheaper RME PCI(ex) cards like those don't have DSP processing (EQ, Comp, Reverb etc..)
