Bansi Gms, one of psytrance's greatest names, passed away after a rare cancer. He was a true pioneer of electronic music and a great guy also. My thoughts go to Riktam (other half of GMS) an all his family and friends...Celebrating life trough the amazing gift he left us, his music. Ciao Maestro
He was half of a project called GMS they were very influential in the Psytrance scene. All music styles (Jazz, rock, metal, pop, edm, rap, etc) and dance music in general have strong bonds with drugs, specially recreational ones. Your comment shows a lack of finesse, this guy passed away by a terrible illness... also he had quite a success in an underground scene, played all around the globe in front of thousands of people, wrote hundreds of tracks with a great artistic integrity, he pioneered a genere and influenced LOTS of artists.
GMS will always have a place in my heart. thank you for everything you gave to this world, Bansi. you made it a better place, we will never forget you, maestro
Don't know much about this genre because psytrance always felt like a shitty pill that only kicked in half way however judging by saltwater's link this GMS will be a loss for humanity's dope vibrations, RIP. Still not convinced this isn't house music but ..
All people need love even the souls. I know your problem isn't with him but the genres but what can we do? Nothing!!! Just wishing all the music makers and lovers success. R.I.P him.
y, its a big loss, no its not house mainly psy-trance, progressive....whatever, in the end there's only 2 genres this studio wizards have an open mind, broad range and diversity, they started in the early 90's in Amsterdam, nowadays famous all over the world
I've checked out some of his works, respect to this artist!! After checking them out I'm really liking your taste in music
