Archive.org has lots of early sample/content discs as .iso, including cd and dvd images, not too many of the pdf copies of the magazines, but i've gotten some and the quality is good enough for computer reading.

But one thing nice I've found, which is not music related, is most of the Galaxy Sci-fi magazines from the 1950's are available, I've been downloading them and enjoying them in the evenings,. good way to get off the internet and see how the world was before Darpa shit all over humanity. Recommend finding and watching films from the 1930s and 1940s to see the world before iphones and narcissim and nonstop advertising. All these things can give one ideas for "future Music making" and creating your own intersting works of music and art.

Computer Music was one of the high points of the late 90's early aughts. I used to love looking at the lovely gear and figuring out how it worked. still look for some of those bits on Reverb or ebay so i can mess about with them.
