rf Music says that Destroyer 2 is a Multi-FX VST plugin for Windows that can be used in all VST compatible host applications.

modulation effects, as well as sample and bit rate reduction, stereo controls, and a custom made cabinet simulator, combined
into a single plugin with a flexible signal routing algorithm and an easy to use all in one page interface.
