Hello everyone,

well there is something that drives me nuts. I'm pretty experimental about making sounds. But there is one kind of skill I will never achieve! Re-creating sounds! No matter how easy they are!

Max Braiman used/made a typical common Trance saw pad I really want.
Right in the beginning:

Obviously this pad is not a part of Braiman's patch libraries. Lucky me!
And my re-creation tries are hopeless... "Use Saws!" - I did! "Use Chorus!" - I did! "Use Stereo Width!" - I did! "Use Reverb!" - I did! "Increase voices!" - I did! "Detune Oscillators!" - I did! And many more.

So anyone is good at recreating this?

Just use Max Braimans Spire Essentials. Those melodies and chords sounded like " Vandalism EDM Melodies vol 29 "

 

I did. None of these patches match. =/

 

I think you are over complicating it, it might just need a high pass filter.

there are some priceless tricks there to breath life to your patches
