    Hi guys,
I'm not really sure what kind of plugin I can use to remove the reverb from a sample.
It's just a text in german that should explain something. As we used the internal microphone of the camera, there is a shitty reverb on the audio. And now I'm searching for a way to remove it.

Here you can hear an short example of that:

And dont tell me the sound is shitty at all! I know!

    google search: deverb vsts

SPL, DyVision Works, Acon Digital all make something that should help, and i'm sure there are plenty of others that do, too. iZotope Nectar could also help with this issue.
    *yes*

ftr, i think the clip sounds fine WITH the reverb of the room in it; it's not harsh to me. that may seem strange, but it is what it is...lol. but if you wanna get it out, one of the suggestions should do just fine.

    you can try ZYNAPTIQ UNVEIL

UNVEIL has many uses, some of which are:

Audio engineers can attenuate reverb in recordings
Film mixers and dialog editors can remove reverb from dialog and location sound
Music producers can turn vintage drum-loops rich in reverb into dry recordings, and vice-versa
Foley artists can remove ambience from sub-optimally captured sounds
Mix and mastering engineers can bring key mix elements into focus by attenuating components commonly referred to as "mud"

if the sound source is in stereo, u can use any m\s plug in , and lower the stereo info - "usually" the reverb can be found on the stereo channel.

@coolbeanz , yes SPL De-Verb can do the job

Unnecessary comment, but still: Never use the camera mic.

And if all else fails, you can always go old school and dub yourself :)

Zynaptic unveil didn't really work for me, also it used lots of CPU. Izotope RX3 dereverb & SPL de-verb have both worked for me. Plus, they use less CPU.
