I did a quick mix of our band rehearsal (again), here's one song, what do you think about it?

personally I'm still battling with the drum sound (as I play drums in the band) clashing from vocal mics...

any opinions are welcome,

That's not so bad for a rehearsal recording. But if you want to improve voice recording vs drums mic bleed, (unless you are one the singers) you may use a portable vocal booth. There are ready made, and on youtube you can find instruction for DIY too.

BTW: I eventually listened to "Jam ze zkoušky" that's the track after the one you mentionned, and I like a lot

 

as a matter of fact, I set up the entire rehearsal room as a big vocalbooth (it's fairly small, about 5.3x3.3x2m), with acoustic treatment and dampening on all walls, corners, ceiling etc.. - it's somewhat very dry (which I like A LOT), only video showing at least a bit of the place, with non-reverb'ed mixed sound is one of my drum covers here:

that jam is just a jam, its primary purpose was to test Fabfilter Pro-R plugin as a realtime gig solution while simultaneously recording all the tracks, turned out to be a reliable solution with minimum latency (praise the mighty RME Fireface 802 rock-solid drivers) :D
