reg files problem ???

    hi there !!!!!
    sometime happens that cubase has to rescan of the plugins folder and when i open a project, kontakt looses all the instruments loaded (in that project)
    why this happens ???? is a reg files problem ???
    "something" deletes regs file without my permission ????(I use ccleaner)
