Why with 0.0.0.0...before IP address?

 

Can someone share the preset folder of the Lo-Fi expansion, i deleted it by mistake, size is 300kb

 

0.0.0.0 on windows returns error ERROR_INVALID_NETNAME which is good
127.0.0.1 will flood localhost/loopback which is not what you want

edit: host file will map IP -> hostname(s) so whatever hostname is called will be mapped to the IP (in this case an invalid IP) causing whatever is using that hostname to fail during name resolution
