I was readingh bout troyans detected on the realese. Can you guys confirm if this is safe to install?

 

Well it's working, no trojan detected by my software.

Most sounds do not work, some do. Im guessing its time to wait for the nexus 3 library on a torrent.

 

What’s all this talk of a Mac version kicking about? I’ve seen the Windows version posted online but it clearly says WIN. Nothing about Mac OS lol
Is someone making this up or what?

Funny enough, I didn't really care too much about Nexus 3, as I hardly used Nexus 2. But I downloaded N3 anyways, and I'm in the (slow) process of grabbing the content too, which is on the sister site now. It'll take a while though, but I'll answer your question when I can if I install it. I probably will, as I'd like to at least give it a shot. The smart thing though would be for me to just stick with what I have, as I have a bit of a VSTi/preset overload as is!

 

It works, but I don't think any of us can confirm if it's safe or not.
We don't know what the .dll is doing behind the scenes.

7 but super slow

 

I'm downloading the big file and at part 60 already now, kinda slow and I think this will crash real debrid soon lol. Anyway, since we are already here, what is "Nexus 2 content" and where can I get it ? And how to load it into the Nexus 3 ? Is it all the packs from the sister ? Would be lovely if everything is in one place and can be downloaded once. So I can finally give this a try, I never really like ROMpler but I have tried Lethal as it was available on sister and never really like it, but still keep it, and it has proven to be useful whenever I stuck in a project just to go through the presets and pick random sounds.

I guess the fun part of music production for me is to make the sound yourself, create for scratch, experiment with devices and plugins, but it may not apply to everybody. I also know that saying no to USD4k priced plugin when you can get it for free and try it yourself is also not smart.

EDIT - @naitguy - I didn't mean to say your choice is "not smart" just because my post is also using the that word, don't get me wrong okay. You don't need the Nexus 3, and you already can write such a wonderful song. Just don't want misunderstanding here, hate it when it happened because English isn't my first language and we don't have too much choice because none of us can speak Klingon.

I got it working on Win7. My biggest issue was seeing the presets show up as i had the settings.json set to the preset folder. Instead have it linked to the main folder where the Arp , FX, Presets , Skins and Samples would reside

 

Seems only a few nexus 2 expansion packs are working. Anything else won't load sounds.

Downloading now the 160gb one for nexus3.

 

Anybody who can share a link for the Expansion in PM ? a torrent would be nice
