Hey guys, I downloaded it and copy to vst folder, but when Ableton 11 try to read the .dll ableton crashes.
I tried turning off any security thing and make the folder as an exception but still crashes.
What Can I Do?

Well, it seens that it works fine with no internet without the preset from nexus 2
I just created a rule into Windows Defender Firewall to not allow any data from my down to come or be sent for the internet, so for now my problems are solved

 

I know this isn't helpful but I'd like to point something obvious (to me) out.

The literally years of obsession with Nexus because it's $4KUS? Totally overrated software platform IMHO.

I'm looking through these threads, the hassle, headache and think, do I need this to write a track?
Its like a sighn that says "free beer and Pizza" with may give you the shits and make you impotent in the fine print.

Can somebody share the ip address that nexus 3 tries to call so I can block them?

Unless it drops a file and that file connects to the internet (we can't know, since the code on this release is obfuscated)
Or injects malicious code into other files.

if you plan to block via IP, idk why but it doesnt work
you can just open your firewall (wf.msc on windows search bar)
then add a rule on your daw that block the internet in and out

 

Maybe it doesn't happen. Or maybe it does. It's easy to do, actually.
But those are the risks of using releases from unknown sources.
