Installation files weigh over 180 GB. Do I have to download all expansions ?
I only need a good working nexus cause I must to buy the expansion I'm interested in.

Assuming you want to purchase nexus as well, most likely you will only need the 4 ROM Extensions (about 9 GB). I remember from the old days of Nexus 2 that Dance 2 was also mandatory, but I don't think is the case with the newer packs. When in doubt, ask support, they will be perfectly able to answer the question (saving space is a very valid concern)

Problems with licensions of program and expansions was in nexus 2 meybe.

 

Banks for NEXUS 2 are not readable on the New NEXUS due to technology change. Although it seems that cloud conversion works, but this is for legitimate users. So Banks for version 3 to version 4 work great!
