Interesting. Are you saying that one of the reasons for Nexus 4 might be stronger protection after 3 got defeated?

 

I will see if I can do it. I've just found that the 30,000 presets I downloaded sometime last year are not all the same as the 18,000 presets I had installed in my Nexus 2.3.2 presets folder, so I've copied the 30,000 across, and now I have 37,930. Some of those presets are from the original expansions that worked with Nexus 2.3.2, but the majority are home made ones from various 'producers', or whatever they call themselves. Just loads and loads of original sounds that you don't find anywhere else on any other synths. (Of course, there are lots of 'trap brass' and things like that, but just so many new and usable sounds. I've got Omnisphere, Nexus 3, Spire, Sylenth, hundreds of thousands of presets, but these Nexus 2.3.2 presets are just 'different', and really inspire me to write.)

 

I would be very curious to try those out

 

I can confirm: 3.4.4 is working.
i found the 3.4.4 VST Pack and read the comments and "Readmes"
You also have to download the ~150GB Preset Pack where all Nexus 2 and 3 Presets are in there.

Than you have to place all files to their correct places.
This are 3 places in windows.
Then you have to modfify the settings.json file and add your path to the library
For example D:\\NEXUS Library
It was written, that the \\ double backslash is very important.

Works out of the box in W10 and Ableton 11
I just tested Lo-Fi Expansion. (Separate download)
And it sounds so good

 

The issue seems to be that the nexus 2 older presets are not working, anything released for nexus 3 is 100% functional.

 

The Nexus 2 XP´s are fine too.
maybe when you use the old XP2 which you downloaded years ago, or made you own presets. They dont work.

But the from the 150GB Nexus 3 Library Package the included XP2 are working fine. I tested a few, not all.

 

79 pages worth of trying to get a rompler to work when it takes like 10 minutes to understand what envelopes do so you can make your own sounds in other synths. I can't imagine what the Nexus 4 thread is going to look like.

 

For me for example it is very worthy.
I would rather spend the little time I have in creativity than in envelopes

I don't know what protection the Nexus 4 has.
Now people are trying to hack nexus 3.5.4, but so far it has not been possible.
Presets don't want to work and produce sound

EDIT : Apparently Nexus 2 presets/lib need to connect to the internet. All of them. It's okay, I removed all the non-REFX presets and Nexus 2 but only keeps Nexus 3 library that I need nice and tidy. Saved space and most of them are useful to me.

Anyone know where I can get 3.3.9 from the copy I have from ru is still coming up at 3.3.7 for some reason

 

Would you mind checking if any other XP2 are still being translated to Nexus 3 and you can actually hear sound? The translation for me are not working anymore. I am talking here about not cracked ones.

 

i have almost 25k of the nexus 3 ".previews" ogg files for komplete kontrol , but i only have about 1100 of the actual nks files. can one of you guys hook me up with the rest of the nexus 3 nks files?

 

hey guys everytime i add a refx nexus 2.3.2 it loads up nexus 3.4.4 instead reinstalled old library i can load it up when its not in the generator database but once i load a project with it it olny shows a nexus 3 with the message this nexus 2 preset couldnt be converted to nexus 3 is there any way i can keep using nexus 2 ? fl studio 20.7

 

I tested only the xp2 from the huge package.
No other third party presets.
But the xp2 from refx from the huge package seems to work all.

I don't have any other presets.

 

I run legit Nexus 3.5.6 the latest and it works fine with my external SSD HD and translate properly from XP2 to XP3 sounds? Just wonder if it would be possible to run the both cracked and legit version on the same macbook pro, Mojave, logic pro x 10.5.0? Anyone who might know please.

 

I am interested in doing that, I have the cheapest version of legit nexus 3, and was wondering if I can use it to read the nexus 2 content while I am still having cracked nexus 3 ?
