Run in Nexus Content/Samples

 

you have to combine the two things: then block the ip in the host file with the r4e script (host script) and then block the ip from the firewall always with the other r4e script (firewall script).

So i have installed all the presets, i followed the instructions, blocked all the ip's the thread says to block, i have also put the directory in the settings.json but i just can't load almost all the presets in the plugin, i know i can load 3 presets called "1finger 303 01", "1finger 303 02" and "1finger 303 03".

 

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think your nexus content folder is missing the "Samples" folder. The "presets" folder make your sounds appear on the plugin itself, but you need the samples to be able to load those presets

I think I'm in the same boat - or well, a similar boat, as I appear to be missing a few more folders. The only way for me to see samples appear within Nexus is to place the .fxp files into the User Samples folder located in the Public Documents location - and point the 'settings.json sound library' there too. Even though they may appear in Nexus, 95% of them throw up an error advising 'A file for the preset blah blah is missing'

If the Samples and Preset folders are missing from my folder (the one that has the User Samples folder within it), is it as easy as creating these folders and placing the content in there too?

I've read through every post for over 50 pages in this thread over the last two nights, attempting to try every combination advised i.e. double slashes, external hdd etc to no avail... somebody please help this almost broken human being.. I know I'm soooo close.



EDIT: I'm still downloading the 170GB however. This is only the ~700MB included in the initial download.

fun, but stop thinking.
all you need to be placed in the license container and the another place Content folder structure

all fpx placed in the license container will be listed in sync/.transaction.json
showing what to send at the reFX cloud in the log file, if you choose sync on in the system menu.
your idea is really bad. it will attempt to send all the presets to the server. preset by preset...

for the billion time, presets and samples are not the same thing.
have a look on the second part of this video to see the role of the cloud and how it works.

you don't need to block anything whitout a valid user account.
only the real time protection for some AV deleting the dll have to be cut when using it.
this dll hosted on mediafire is even not blocked as usual with keygens or sensible files.
the trojan suspected is a commercial joke from AV detection or a missing certificate.

@Zeyad eLmoghazy @ArticStorm so I've d'l the r4e command prompts (thanks for the tip) & executed them, just wondering is the Daw (CUB8.5) internet block on the firewall essential?, coz it's causing issue with some subscriptions, other legit plugins not able to connect to the internet etc

Hi ! Sorry to bother you and this thread but I don't understand anything ... I'm on MACOS I don't know how to block IP addresses and each time in open Nexus 3, even offline, it ask for activation .. Is there anybody who can help me ? I tried to find an answer in the 69 pages but nothing, of the few tricks that I found, worked. Thank you !
