Hello audiosexers,

I'm having some troubles lately with Nexus 2 and I was wondering if someone could help me?

Since a couple of days now, when I load Nexus 2.4.2 in Logic 9 I cannot see my expansions and presets anymore, they are invisible.
All the other features as the "mod", "arp" etc are ok, the "LD Saw Init" preset is loaded correctly and I can use the effects as well.

The only solution I found until now, is to import a project with nexus in it, and import the instrument to my new project. This way it works again, and then if I want to have another track with nexus, I have to duplicate it.

But why is that? I will ask ReFX but since I use some expansions my friends "loaned" me I'm asking here first.

Is it a "permissions" issue maybe?

Under the system menu in Nexus you can rescan your banks

 

can you tell more about how your friend loaned you some extensions ?
Since the auth system switched at 2.6, if they upgraded, your non-legit libs might have re-authorized using the new scheme, and it won't work anymore.

 

@Lukie : Ok I will try to rescan my banks. Thanks for the idea.

@PMS: I'm still on Nexus 2.4.2 and not in the 2.6, and I wont update my soft because if it isn't really necessary.
