As Stated...For those curious. You are obviously trolling. Or, is it strolling?.

 

Installed & runs perfectly on 2014 MacBook Air (plugin & app). Once one gets used to the interface, work moves quickly.
Included effects are well done & are good for mixing and editing.

Has what I would call 'that warm tone' for it's included synths that some here often ask & talk about.

Trying to decide between Intro & first unlimited track version.

 

in plugin boutique you can spend 4-5 bucks and choose for free Reason lite 11, this is enough for familiarization

 

From what I have gathered trying to find info on licensing, Reason Intro is a much version over Reason Lite. Also read that you are better off going with the first unlimited track version if it is going to be your main DAW.

My idea is to use the Rack plugins inside my current DAW & use the Reason DAW as a sketch pad. Maimly because of their current upgrade pricing policy.

 

Still love Reason. The sequencer not so much but the instruments and effects are awesome, especially with the rear panel routing options. One thing to watch for though with 11 is there's no more ReWire and with the Rack Plugin, inside Ableton, each instance of the plugin merges all MIDI signals so setting different MIDI channels has no effect. Everything plays at the same time, no matter the channel. To use different Players simultaneously for different devices in Live, you actually have to add another Rack Plugin. This is an Ableton problem because in Reaper it works perfectly with one instance
Thankfully, it has Ableton Link so I just run the standalone, Link with Live, connect MIDI with loopMIDI and audio with JACK Audio.
RV7000 is still my favorite playable reverb with its tap delays.

I bought Reason 11 Suite and when I realized there was no ReWire I installed 10 as well. I don't know if it's Codemeter or if you get access to all previous versions when you buy the new one but v10 completely activated and loaded and I never purchased it.

for 30-40 bucks I would update myself reason 10 , damn it, but not even for 90 bucks on black friday and with Putin's dollar for 75 rubles.
Yes. daw is cool but the font is f***g small

Mr.Weird... FL Studio got GUI totally customizable fonts with various % of grades of sizes.. very good ! =)
