    I have two vst

the first is a Drum Kit vsti

    and

The second is a Drum sequencer vst

I want to route the sounds of the drum kit vsti...through the drum sequencer VST.....and i am so confused how to do this

Can i have both vsts on same track while i attempt to route them? or they need to be separate ones? whatever works, but in general i have no idea how to do this

Click and hold the routing button on track 1 and drag it over track 2. Done.

If you want to use a sequencer to control a VSTi in Reaper in one track put the sequencer first (top of the list of fx) and then the VSTi second and yes both on the same track. Cuts down the number of tracks.
The other option is as @soldina said and use one track for the sequencer and then a single or multiple tracks for the VSTi, more tracks but more flexibility.

A third option is folder tracks.
Put the sequencer on a different track, then drag that onto the track with the VSTi (in the main window, not the mixer), then the VSTi track will be a folder track and any child tracks are automatically routed.

It has advantages of both options since you can collapse the folder track.

This is how I do it all the time, and to me is the best way to do it.. why have extra tracks when you don't need them? There's always multiple ways to do things though, and different strokes for different folks, however.

This contradicts your pic. Babydrummer is the sequencer, MT Drummer the vsti.

    It does, just tried, works.
To trigger the pattern you must either click on Play on the top right, or create the MIDI note on the top (C5) in the DAW.
Of course Babydrummer's notes must fit to your drum VSTi! C2 is usually the kick, D2 the snare.
