i need a key command to move the arrangement screen to start where the time cursor is

so that the green line is at the start of the arrangement screen at the same point as it is now

its just to move the green line...at the start of the arrangement window..while remaining at the same point as it is now at 6.1.0 for example

Default key is "W"

sorry, I only watched your picture and misunderstood your question.

You can also use the shortcut "scroll view right" which is assigned to shortcut alt+right arrow

it works perfect on certain zoom levels.

well i was hoping there was a button i could press to do that...but ok i'll just move move the lower scroll bar to the right to make it fit

 

Just press the Up or Down key, or move the scroll-wheel and it will center

 

I tested it a little bit, first zoom in or zoom out with mouse wheel, then use shortcut alt+right arrow and the view moves exactly at the beginning with playhead.
If you don't zoom before of applying the alt+right arrow shortcut, it doesn't move to the beginning.

 

it doesn't work always...i tried it just now...one time it worked but most times it does not...but was good if that was always working
