Reaper - Automating Reapitch shift (full range)

    i right click on the first envelope point and select set envelope point....i'm trying to set it to -9 semitones

    but it starts with 0.5 number there i can't understand why it shows that or how to set it up to -9 semitones

    Yep, it's a relative number. It goes from 0 to 1, so pitch 0.00 equals 0,5 in that window.
    Simple solution, switch automation to Write, place the cursor at the correct position and type in -9.00 in the plugin. That'll work.
    Don't forget to switch the automation back to Read after you finished the pitching.
