I am a newbie here but i am just working on this one. Plz tell me what to add and subtract in this. Have not mixed/mastered. Check it here

 

Everyone's beginner works sound the same. You want to finish the beat ASAP, and move on to the next track, and next, next, next. Make sure you finish it and not just abandon, even if you're sick of it! Aim to knock something out every single day if you can, and as for mixing/mastering give it all a big middle finger for now so you can move through these treacherous beginner fields unencumbered.

Also add more cowbell.

 

I think you have a good ear for this style. You might not need to add anything other then completing that hook that sounds like it's about to distribute wiplash on the dancefloor. If you can learn to mix and really make this beat bang uncontrollably then you may have achieved a first degree blackbelt

 

Thanks all. I would better use Ozone Master Assistant... since I have a real cheap headphone so I guess i would be mixing the wrong way.
