I've had a premium account with RG for years now and it's been generally fine, but lately for some reason whenever I DL something the DL page shows up with the "slow" and "fast" options, as though I'm not logged in, but I am, as it dutifully displays my account address. I have to refresh my browser, often 10 or 12 times, before the proper premium DL button appears. This has never happened before, until about a month ago, and it's becoming frequent and very stubborn. I use Firefox on OSX 10.11.6, but it also occurs on my iMac under 10.9.5. Anyone have a similar experience and/or suggestions?
