As @Bassifondi said, the best thing to do is to turn the Router off and on again. You do not need to do this manually.
Enter your router's IP address in the address bar of your Explorer. Usually the following address works:
http://192.168.1.1/
Enter the username and password, which is admin by default. Enter Maintenance and press the Reboot button.
Just be careful not to click the Restore to Default Setting button.

 

Seems like I can only do one download per day if any at this point. Meanwhile. Katfile is allowing use of VPN since the issue with Rapidgator popped up (about 50% of the time - probably use dependent).

 

Have done everything known to me & what has been recommended multiple times with the same end result. I am back to avoiding Rapidgator for the most part. At this point, I would even use the awfully slow NitroFlare over RG.

Even with different explorers?

Try this one too:

In Chrome go to Setting (type chrome://settings/ in the address bar)-->Privacy And Security-->Security-->Select DNS provider-->Select different one from the menu (for example CloudFlare).

Then go and Delete browsing data (Cached Image and Files).

Restart your browser.

In Firefox under DNS Over HTTPS, selected "off - Use your default DNS resolver". Getting normal Rapidgator page for now. Will try on next download of post I am interested in. Hopefully this is the fix on macOS Ventura. Will try your suggestion for Windows 10 & Vivaldi.
