If you have double layer blu ray (50 GB) you need 20 discs,

And you know there will be rar files inside of rar files inside of rar files inside of rar files inside of rar files (x7) in the release and my CPU will curse all the sacred things I believe and love...

How much hard drive space is EWQL going to require if just one library is 1TB?

 

OMG the 1TB is not even a joke. From EW site:

"How Large is the Hollywood Orchestra Opus Edition?
Hollywood Orchestra Opus Edition Diamond is approximately 944GB in size which includes both the original and new content."

 

I think there's a few more libraries not on that drive as well, so you can get a rough estimate.

A lot of those are very niche though. How often are you going to make a song that requires egyptian-style samples like Ra? libraries like Fab Four, and Stormdrum are also old and show their age.
