As said in the title ive been dealing with this issue since it started some days ago
I boot my pc wanting to work with cubase and as soon as i open it it says no license found, i searched and the only thing gone was the r2r root certificate, i reinstalled it works but this keeps happening over and over again and i have to reinstall the certificate every time
I uninstalled steinberg activation manager but nothing, it keeps happening, could it be an update on the soft e licenser that does this?
Or anyone had this problem before and knows how to solve it?

I dont have antivirus just windows 10 security protection

 

Has it ever been trouble-free? Which Windows version ?

 

add the file to the exclusions or it gets deleted every time

I have kaspersky but adding the file to exclusions like you said seems to work, thank you both of you

 

Certificate must be install in the trusted root certification authorities store.
In this way it will no longer be uninstalled nor should it be added to antivirus exclusions
