R2R FL Studio installed, Want to go legit but cant even get the website to work

    I'm running the latest R2R version of FL20 and for whatever reason, I can never get to the download page on imageline.com. Anyone else with similar issues? how do I fix this?

    It could be that you have the website blocked in your hosts file.
    The "hosts" file is a list of websites to be blocked.
    It is in "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\" called "Hosts", and it has no extension.
    You can open that in notepad or other plain text editor and look for a line containing image-line.
    If you edit and want to save, just save, do not save as a .txt file or it will not function as it should.

    Probably this. Another option would be that it's blocked in the firewall rules.

    Just tried it, both Mac and Windows downloads start right away for me. You should check your hosts file to see if the r2r install has something from them blocked.

    As a side note, how did I miss an r2r Fruity Loops? When did that happen?

    Right click Notepad and open as admin

    You need to open it as the admin of your OS, not with a user account.
