R2R brainworx suit problem

    Hello everybody
    i got a brand new pc, 1st time i switch it on i install reaper and the BX suite
    i do everything like i did on my last pc (was on windows7) and now when i enter the PA licence it says "error creating licence file"
    anybody has an idea why ?
