Wilko Johnson, Roger Daltrey - Going Back Home

The guitarist became known in the mid-seventies, when he caused a sensation with the rhythm'n'blues and pub rock band Dr. Feelgood, especially live on stage, but also with the four strong albums "Down By The Jetty" and Malpractice (both 1975), the live disc "Stupidity" (1976, chart position 1 in the UK) and "Sneakin' Suspicion" (1977). He left the band in the same year.

From 1981 until the end of that decade he regularly released albums under his own name, subsequent solo albums appeared much more sporadically. However, he also collaborated with Ian Dury on his album "Laughter" (1980) and released the record "Going Back Home" together with Roger Daltrey in 2014.
