Stefan Gossler (born December 14, 1955 in Siegen; died January 19, 2026) was a German voice actor and actor.

He achieved particular fame as the standard German voice of Hong Kong actor Jackie Chan, whom he dubbed almost exclusively from the mid-1990s onwards, as well as through the role of King Julien in all Madagascar films and other spin-offs since 2005.

After graduating from high school, Gossler trained as an actor with Else Bongers from 1977 to 1980. During his training, he had his first professional engagement at the Grips Theater in Berlin, playing various roles; simultaneously, he landed several leading roles at the Hansa Theater. In 1983, he was part of the cabaret program "Zukunft – Warum denn?" (Future – Why?) by Volker Ludwig and Detlef Michel.

From 2000 to 2010, Gossler was a permanent member of the ensemble in Brigitte Grothum's production of "Jedermann" (Everyman) at the Berlin Cathedral. Since the 1990s, he has worked as a voice actor and actor in countless films and television series.

As a voice actor, Gossler became particularly well-known as the standard German voice of Jackie Chan from the mid-1990s onward. He has also dubbed Tim Allen, Michael Keaton, and Craig Ferguson on several occasions. Beginning with the 2005 animated film Madagascar, he voiced the character of King Julien, the lemur king, in several film sequels and television series spin-offs.

Stefan Gossler lived as a freelance actor with his two daughters and his Danish wife in Berlin and Denmark. He died on January 19, 2026, after a long illness, at the age of 70.
