Devastating news... This year has been a disaster for many music lovers...

 

In my humble opinion, he was the greatest lyricist EVER. Greater than Dylan and Paul Simon together. In his last album he sang, regarding his own death: "I'm ready, my Lord". He was ready, I was not. Rest in Peace, master.

 

Absolutely. He was a poet after all. A very good poet.

 

Unlike Leonard I struggle for words to express my sorrow He had the artistry and dignity recently to talk and sing about the end of his life which I deeply admired. I will miss you Mr Cohen....Thank you !

I'm sure that the afterlife of which Leonard so beautifully dreamed of...
