The German musician and guitarist Carola (formerly Thomas) Kretschmer died in the early hours of today, March 21, 2023 at the age of 74, according to Udo Lindenberg's website. Kretschmer was already part of Lindenberg's second album ("Daumen im Wind", 1972), replaced her predecessor Karl Allaut in the Panik-Orchester (after a short time with Frumpy) in the following year and stayed on stage until 1980.
