I think it is a very nice, like you said - laid back tune. Agree that arrangements for these songs are usually stylistically supportive/minimal by design and in this context something like the kick could have a tad more character (but would be careful with it). I'm not a mix expert (and don't care much, if the song is ok), but it would certainly benefit from pro mix/master treatment.

Ok, thanks Roberto! I have a pro mixer look at it, but first I want to have some feedback, especially on the things I mentioned (melody, catchiness etc.)
In fact it´s more of a song for girls (being angry at their boyfriends kind of stuff) so you have to see it in that context, haha.

The vocals are sung by 2 different people and then I generated it through a Doja Cat AI model

 

it's very good. I listened to it like a normal listener, not like a producer for feedback purposes. I did not think it was an obvious AI, because most of the time you just know the vocals were done with a computer program. Well, no more than we do with everything done in a daw. Which are you using? I think I would like to hear it more lo-fi than cleaned up more; or both.

I'll listen to it again later today, louder.

 

It,s a nice pop track, once you get it polished it,ll be hot.

 

Sounds ok just do a few remixes, then see which one has most listens & sells more!

 

Thanks! I use Cubase, but RVC for converting vocals to AI. The vocals are done by 2 different people, so I used an AI model of Doja Cat to make it more uniform.
