I'm gonna tell you about a macro button. I actually don't use it much but it's very handy when I need to finish my work as fast as I can.

So, that macro button will:
- Remove unused files
- Disable all tracks
- Save the song
- Close the song

You can see how you can do it the same macro by seeing the pic I attached. Then you can add that macro as a new button. After you hit that button, your project will open really fast, because all tracks are disabled. All you need to do is CTRL+A and enable all tracks (or you can make another macro button for that too) to get to work again.
