    well... I have donwloaded some not so free samples for free, made a beat and a vocal etc and I have a full project, If I post it with the "not so free" sample stretched from 180bpm to 120bpm I will have to deal with sample clearence? (the pitch still the same)

    technically yes, but unless you are making shit tonnes of money on your track i wouldnt worry too much about it.

    law suites cost money and as long as you dont make so much money with your music that you could actually buy all these fancy samples with ease, no lawyer would take the effort to sue you.
    But if you sell these samples under your name, things can change rapidly.

    So go create your music with your pirated stuff and once you make decent money with your music, buy the tools that you like.

    Landr and Reverbnation use artificilal intellegence to spot sample usage in releases, mostly bagged Big Fish Audio stuff.
