I am on OS 10.9.5 and of course I know that the NI specifications for Kontakt 6 say OS 10.12 and upwards, but: since this is the same for Reaktor 6 and I have Reaktor 6.2.2 on my system running without problems (and some other plugins for which Mavericks allegedly is too old), I was wondering whether I could get Kontakt 6 running too.
Since the latest „Kontakt Installer Mac“ for Kontakt 6.2.0 on the sister site allows the extraction of all files with Pacifist without error message (the Installer itself can’t be opened on Mavericks), I did so and put them in the right places - at least I hope I did this right -, but the VST does not show up in Bitwig 3.0.3 (latest), and also the AU does not show up in Live and Logic (but these two are quite old).

So my question is: could there be any possibility to get Kontakt 6 running on OS 10.9.5, and if yes: what would I have to do?
Are there any other Mavericks user who tried this and with success?
