Quality screencast app badly needed!

    What I need is:

    -best sound/video quality
    -Possibility to choose exactly what part of the screen I want to screencast
    -option to edit afterwards - both sound and video

    Camtasia Studio is really great. It is expensive but i guess you can find a torrent...
