QRD or Skyline diffuser? Which one is better?

    HI folks
    As the title I am about to build some acoustic diffusers, to be placed mainly on the back wall and the ceiling on the back after the cloud absorber, which design is better? What frequency range is advised for a diffuser? I see lots of studios with the skyline diffusers but many with the QRD, I have no problems or shortage of tools to build both kinds, but I want to know before so i can get the right materials.
