Purchased SoundID Reference, but older cracked version causing issues

    I haven't been able to do these two things and Sonarworks support has been pretty shit.

    1. Download SoundID Reference off their website (the download link just gives me an error)
    2. Update Reference through the program using an older install (which they sent me)

    I just had the thought that maybe it has something to do with the cracked version that I had previously causing issues? I deleted the one outbound rule I had set up in my firewall but that hasn't helped.

    Anyone have any ideas how to fix?

    Delete all data in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Sonarworks before you install the legit verison
