I have a laptop aside from my main machine that I plan to take out to multitrack live shows, it's the same spec as my main machine apart from a different processor and different drives. Anyway. when I load PT12 if I try to use HEAT or accidentally hover my pointer over it, the whole laptop freezes. PT seems to operate fine with other plug ins. Does anyone know if this is a known bug? I've tried to remove heat from my aax plug ins folder but it doesn't want to go anywhere.
