The vast majority of Yamaha-made libraries (almost all 3rd party libraries are exempt) are compressed using their own technology and there's no workaround for these. AWave will even warn you about it.

To save you some time, these are the Yamaha libraries that slipped through the cracks and aren't compressed. All the libraries mentioned below can be downloaded by clicking on the names.
If a Yamaha-made (library isn't on the list then it can't be extracted. Please don't ask. This includes Ultimate Piano, Inspiration in a Flash, etc.

"XSpand Your World 3" (only this one part out of all 3 + the consolidated file)
"EDMEXP" (from the MOXF Premium Contents Pack) Update: apparently this isn't a Yamaha-made library!

Finally, these are the released 3rd party libraries that ARE compressed, either fully or in part

Chick Corea's Mark V (both the standalone and Sweetwater versions)
Jamal's Flash (contains two pianos from Yamaha that are compressed, the rest of the library is fine so ignore the error)
Synthogy American Grand (fucking bastards lol)

Every other library released on SS can be opened fine by Awave and you can do whatever you want with them. Just don't expect to recreate the instruments 1:1 and have them behave like on a real Motif.
