Protools audioutopia 12.3 & 12.5 crash on startup - windows 10!

    I have been using audioutopia's 12.3 on windows 7 for a while with no problems whatsoever. Recently I upgraded my computer to windows 10. All other programs work as usual except protools. I uninstalled and downloaded audioutopia's tools v12.5 to see if that made a different and worked with windows 10, but still not working.

    All that happens is when I start the application the protools splash screen comes up, sits there for a moment, and the bar doesn't load at all or go through any processes, then crashes and asks to send a report with no further explanation. Anyone else get this or figure out how to fix it? PLEASE!

    Try Compatibility Mode for Windows 7 or 8 and Run as Administrator.

    BINGO...

    Weirdly it was actually the opposite of that. It was already running in compatibility for windows 7 and admin... I just unchecked "run in compatibility with windows 7" and it loaded fine.
