Hello everyone,

This is my first post here, and I wondered if any of you guys could help me with this small matter?
After installing the latest Waves bundle (r26) (Downloaded from the sister site) both my DAW and the Maschine 2 software do NOT detect the Waveshell AU. This is Isn't a major problem as the VST version of the plug ins are detected and work 100%. Everything was easy to install and I had no problems applying the terminal command to patch the plug ins.
So I can still use the plug ins, but I have had previous versions installed in the past I.e Waves r24 and Waves r25 and the AU format of the plugs have been detected at the scan phase and I have been able yo use them without any issues. The Waves shell AU is in the correct location HD/LIBRARY/AUDIO/PLUG INS/COMPONENTS
I'm not sure why they are not being detected at the scan phase?

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated!

Oh and by the way I'm using Ableton Live 9 (Version 9.1.7) and Maschine 2 (Version 2.2.4 Both legit paid versions0 I'm running OSX Mavericks 10.9.5

run your waves au reg utility in your waves plug ins folder then re open maschine .

 

Thank you for your response sir. I actually tried that and it didn't work. I did a clean install and didn't patch with the terminal command provided. I borrowed R2R's universal patch from a previous release and used that instead.
Everything is working fine now. So I can put this one to bed.
