problems adding expansions to Battery 4

    I only have Battery 4 not Machine. I have had problems with expansions when it comes to adding stuff to Battery 4. Strange cause when I open Battery it says that it's adding stuff, even when I do a rescan it says its adding stuff, but no kit is showing.
    Battery 4 version 4.1.6.27

    Byte.Riot, Headland.Flow and Lilac.Glare no kits is showing

    Elastic.Thump, Global.Shake, London.Grit and Street.Swarm is working

    I have not tried to add anything more yet.

    Have you found a solution? I can't seem to add Neon drive to battery 4. It shows up in maschine but not in battery.

    @Daskeladden I can assure you that they all DO show up in Battery 4.1.6 legit and non-legit. Are you scanning them all?

    @Daskeladden and @Hareesh S Have you checked in NI Service Center if there is an xml file for each one of those libraries? Have you make sure that the SNPID of each one of these libraries is NOT conflicting with that of another library?

    yepp it could be some kind of conflict in xml file. But I have deleted them now. Seems it's only those three mentioned I had problems with, maybe I try one of them again later.

    Run the SNPID locator, and make sure there is no conflict.

    I am using the following SNPID for these respective libraries. Some of them or all could be the default one. Others or all might not be so. Nevertheless, it is a must to check them with Tracer's SNPID Locator.

    Byte Riot <SNPID>X03</SNPID>
    Headland Flow <SNPID>013</SNPID>
    Lilac Glare <SNPID>072</SNPID>
    Neon Drive <SNPID>577</SNPID>

    I haven't. I don't know much about how NI's filesystem works, but I will look into your suggestion after reading up a bit in this forum. Thanks for the reply!

    I have checked the SNPID numbers and there aren't any conflicts. Is there anything else I should do?
    My apologies if I'm repeating a question already asked, how do I check in Service Center if the XML files are present?
