Problem with the Audio Empire - Jaeger 1.4.1 not showing in kontakt the side panel

    Hello
    I downloaded this sound bank Audio Empire - Jaeger 1.4.1, in Kontakt version 8.1 (R2R), but when I try to open it, it gives this error in the side panel
    I deleted it in the registry several times (HKEY_CURRENT_USER> SOFTWARE> Native Instruments> Jaeger
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE> Native Instruments> Jaeger) and added it again both by opening NICNT and by add library.exe, and every time the message "Added successfully" appears
    But when I open Kontakt, this message appears
    I previously had the 1.3 version of the Jaeger, it opened without any problems and showed it in the side panel
    But now it doesn't show it

    How can I fix this problem? Thanks

    Did you uninstall the 1.3 version before you added this one? Lots of people using this without problems...

    I reinstalled the 1.3 installer file, but it still didn't work.

    there is a folder called installed products (for NI) with json files. You have to delete all the json files (since you dont know wich one is from jeager) Then restart kontakt and wait for a while. Oh make a backup first!

    I opened the json file and it said version 1.3 I deleted it json in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products and opened the Kontakt again and everything was fine.:wink:
    I was upset that I downloaded a 55GB file and it didn't work properly
    Of course, I saw in other people's comments that this version has bugs and some sounds don't work properly, like:
    Multi - Percussion hits
    Multi - Percussion rolls
    Single - Percussion Piatti
    Single - Percussion Taiko High
    Single - Percussion Tam Tam

    For an outsider who sees these thousands of requests for Native Instrument - Kontakt here in the forum, the impression must be what a faulty, complicated software it is.

    Some people also get the impression that you should study two semesters of mathematics and software programming before you can even get a sound out of Kontakt.

    Once you have installed Kontakt, you should definitely make friends with the Kontakt guru Bobdule, because otherwise you are pretty lost, oh yes, without internet support you will hardly be able to use Kontakt.
