Ok, so this happened. I would select a pad or lead or what ever. I do not use a midi controller. I use the program finale. So, I would just write down a quarter note or what ever. Now the rompler doesn't play back the notes in the exact same duration that I wrote down. It drags the note on and it just fades instead of stopping at where I want it to stop. Is there any ways to stop this? Does this only happen in nexus or it happens in all romplers in general? Thanks in advance.

change some of the parameters to reduce the sustain and release

    A attack
    D delay (or decay)
    S sustain
    R release

the sound clip you are using may have been recorded with a long sustain/release

so when you press a key you are triggering the sound clip

a pad will naturally have a long release time to give you that string effect, leads can be a lot shorter to give you a quick short stabby sound

Thank you, so say if the sustain is 2 seconds long, do the attack and decay get added onto the 2 seconds or do the attack + decay + sustain = 2 seconds all together?
